change email adress on account to new email

Dear support team

I have a very old email adress that I don't use anymore that is connected to my logon in POE.
I resently got a massage that the account was accessed to at another location, and therefore they locked my account. I can not access my old email adress, and would like to change my email to my new email.

the problem is that, if I change my email, a code will be sendt to my old email adress that I can not access.

Is it posible for you to help me?
