Account locked due to chat ban for a joke :/

Hello,
Recently I was give an account lock instantly after receiving a 24 hour chat mute on the 25th. I didn't know what happened until I went through the logs a few minutes ago and actually found the code of conduct message without a reason. I was just goofing around in global chat talking with some people not realizing what I've said might not be acceptable and I sincerely apologize for it and now know not to do it again. It would be amazing if I could get some assistance on this and to see if it possibly can be resolved as I would love to continue playing PoE2. [Removed by Support] I understand that there is currently a huge backlog of support messages but please do let me know if anyone is able to assist with possibly unlocking my account, Thanks. " I received the "copy/paste" message but getting the "You can only reply to the support account" message. Is there like not a way to remove the lock without sitting in support hell for these long wait times? I've already sent an email cause I guess that's all I can do at the moment. The 24 hour chat ban was fair but locking my account straight up was not fair at all, and I would like to talk to one of these "senior staff members". Please consider, thanks. I guess an update: Still no response back after sending my character names/name tag and whatever else.
HOWEVER! I am now getting the error of "Your account does not have access to Path of Exile 2 Early Access. Redeem an Early Access key on our website or purchase access now." My account is still locked but now it's asking me to spend $30 for no reason. What is going on and why is support this bad? I honestly just want my money back :/ |

" Hey, I have the exactly same issue, was replying to somebody in chat and got muted for24hrs and thought this was fair, only to receive an account lock 2 seconds later. Now I cant log in to site or game. Did you end up getting unlocked? I had to create a new account to write this message as im waiting for an email from support. |
